We have seen and coached many women who have entrepreneurial ideas buried on the inside. The brilliance and competencies of these women often goes undetected to the degree that they have not been properly mentored and developed, thereby causing the business women to emerge. Our comprehensive 12-week program will advance from concept to implementation of an entrepreneurial idea. This training will include the business structure, business plan, sales strategy and marketing plan written by the entrepreneur.

Additionally, there will be women who are not at all interested in starting a business, instead desire to pursue a career. We will walk with these women step-by-step to ensure that interviewing skills are sharpened, resume writing is compelling, image and personal presentation is professional. We will also offer certification level instruction in computer technologies utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, software applications and online services.
